Island Ting

The six hour journey starts at 10AM. Our guests board the cozy and spacious sailing catamaran for an easy ride out to the coral reef systems just a few miles off the coast of Key West. Guests are treated to a scrumptious breakfast of cinnamon rolls, cheese toast, yogurt parfaits, and fruit juices. This is the perfect way to start your unforgettable day out to the back country. The excitement starts once the Island Ting reaches one of many areas of coral reef formations that form the core of the Key West backcountry. Here, guests will be able to swim in the crystal clear blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Using our complimentary snorkeling equipment, guests will have the opportunity to see first-hand the teeming colorful world of the coral reef gardens. Here, dozens of marine species make their home and are extremely active during this time of the day.

After the unforgettable Key West snorkeling adventure, it's time for kayaking! These kayaks provide our guests with the chance to come right up to the beautiful and mysterious mangrove islands. These mangrove islands are a truly stunning sight to behold in person. Mangroves are unique trees that only grow in tropical areas such as the Florida Keys. Kayaking in the calm waters of the Gulf is an easy, fun, and enriching experience. The Island Ting is the kind of trip designed for Key West visitors who have a spirit of adventure. After all the fun of snorkeling and kayaking, guests will also be provided with a full buffet lunch complete with peel and eat shrimp, fried chicken, roast beef sliders, pasta salad, and cookies.
